Would you like to work as an operator in a production environment where technology, quality, and development come together? As a Production Operator, you make sure the production or packaging line keeps running smoothly. You change over production lines, perform quality checks, and respond to technical faults when needed. You work full-time in a 3-shift system, receive additional allowances of up to 37% for evening and night hours, and have the opportunity to develop into an All-round Operator or Deputy Team Leader.

Over de functie
As a Production Operator, you work in the bakery or packaging department. Together with your colleagues, you make sure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards. You monitor the process closely and take action when needed. During product changes, you adjust and convert the production line. If a technical fault occurs, you identify the problem and, where possible, resolve it yourself.
Your responsibilities include:
- converting and setting up production and packaging lines;
- monitoring whether the line is running safely and correctly;
- performing quality checks;
- identifying and resolving technical faults;
- monitoring food safety and product quality;
- working closely with colleagues within your shift;
- ensuring a clear handover to the next shift.
You will have the opportunity to learn different parts of the production process. With the right commitment and experience, you can progress to All-round Operator and potentially later to Deputy Team Leader.

This position is a good fit if you have technical understanding, enjoy taking responsibility, and feel comfortable working in a production environment.
You:
- have MBO-level working and thinking ability or comparable practical experience;
- are available full-time;
- are willing to work in a 3-shift system;
- have a good command of English or Dutch;
- can work both independently and as part of a team;
- have a strong focus on quality and food safety;
- have knowledge of HACCP.
Knowledge of German is an advantage.
You do not necessarily need many years of experience as an operator. If you have technical aptitude and the motivation to learn the role, we would also like to hear from you.
Wat wij bieden
- Salary according to the Bakery Industry Collective Labour Agreement, based on your knowledge and experience;
- 34% shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 24:00;
- 37% shift allowance for hours worked between 00:00 and 06:00;
- travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, starting from 10 km and up to a maximum of 30 km one way;
- a full-time position in a 3-shift system;
